Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients in the age group 40-70 years of either sex -Patients having cardinal features of COPD i.e.Dyspnea, Chronic cough, Excessive sputum production -Patients of mild and moderate COPD on Spirometric criteria (given by GOLD 2006)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known Cases of lung cancer, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, CHD, DM, Pneumonia, lung fibrosis, Pneumothorax, and Tuberculosis.
