Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy patient without any systemic disease. Patients having good oral hygiene. Patient requiring all first premolars extraction. Littleâ??s irregularity index Patients should have periodontally sound dentition. Patients having average pain threshold.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with systemic and medical illness. Periodontally compromised dentition. Non extraction cases. Patients requiring surgical intervention. Patients having low pain threshold.
