Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postnatal women from 6 months to 1 year Age group from 20- 35 years Females with vaginal and LSCS delivery History of acute low back pain After 2- 6 months postpartum with NPRS score more then 3 Primigravida and multigravida Subjects willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current pregnancy Vertebral fracture Disc herniation Deep vein thrombosis Acute inflammation Active infection On medication Surgeries of spine/ pelvis
