MeasureTime frame
1.To identify the expression of Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) markers in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC).Timepoint: 18 months - patient accrual 36 months - data collection and analysis

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To study EMT markers expression status in relation to OSCC stage. Timepoint: 18 months - patient accrual 36 months - data collection and analysis; To determine EMT markers expression role in predicting loco regional failure and survivalTimepoint: 18 months - patient accrual 36 months - data collection and analysis; To study correlation of EMT markers expression wit histopathological factors. Timepoint: 18 months - patient accrual 36 months - data collection and analysis; To study correlation of EMT markers expression with Tobacco abuse and HPV status Timepoint: 18 months - Patient Accrual 36 months - Data collection and analysis
