Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and grade II undergoing elective or emergency procedure for upper limb bone surgeries at or below the elbow.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal for the block. Patients refusing the block will be administered general anaesthesia. 2. History of bleeding disorders 3. Local infection at the site of block 4. Pre-existing neurological deficit 5. Cardio-Respiratory compromise. 6. Known allergy to local anesthetic drug. 7. Patients in whom the supraclavicular sono-anatomy is not clear.
