Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with COVID-19 rtPCR positive who requires HFNO and NIV as first line therapy. Patients aged between 20-60years and weighing 40-80kg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with pH Children Comorbidities like renal, cardiac and liver failure and morbid obesity.
