Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient not on any anti thyroid medication.Where TSH value is above normal value but below 10mIU/l. Individuals of either sex between the age group of 20 to 60 years fulfilling diagnostic criteria of sub clinical hypothyroidism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serum TSH value more than 10mIU/L. Subjects with congenital hypothyroidism &Subjects who have undergone thyroid surgery Patients with complications of hypothyroidism like cardio vascular disorders infertility Myxedema coma etc.Patients with alcohol dependency or drug dependency.Pregnant or lactating women. Patients suffering from major systemic illness and long term drug treatment Rheumatoid arthritis etc.
