Inclusion criteria: 1.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I â?? III. 2.Age 18-70 years 3.Scheduled to undergo elective surgery and requiring tracheal intubation 4.POGO score
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.Pregnancy 3.Predictors of difficult airway: a) Oropharyngeal pathologies b) Body Mass Index > 35kg/m2 b) Limited Cervical spine mobility c) Restricted mouth opening d) History of difficult laryngoscopy or intubation. 4.High risk of aspiration a)Full stomach b)Emergency surgeries c)Hiatus hernia d)Gastro-oesophageal reflux
