Intervention1: Cryo Compression therapy: Subjects will be made to sit comfortably on a chair with the hand placed on an adjacent table and the cryo cuff will be placed on the patients hand and forearm

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group of 40-70 years. 2.History of any neurological condition resulting in upper limb spasticity. 3.Brunnstrom stage of 4 and 5 who are able to understand commands. 4.Chedoke McMaster Assessment score of >=3. Individuals who do not show a hyper reactive response to Cold Pressor test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals that received bothulin injection in the last 4 months or who are on antispastic drugs. 2.History of peripheral vascular diseases. 3.History of cardiovascular diseases. 4.Uncontrolled Hypertension 5.Reduced and altered sensations. 6.Peripheral Neuropathy. 7.Cold urticaria. 8.Latex allergy. 9.Ulcers and skin lesions on the hand. 10.History of upper limb fractures in the last 4 months
