Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to Participate in the Study. Histology proved patients of Carcinoma Ovary Age >18 years On Active Cancer Treatment (Chemotherapy) Registered in AIIMS Rishikesh and CRI Dehradun

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Documented psychiatric illness, on treatment Brain Metastasis Spinal Cord Metastasis

To compare mean change in pre and post anxiety scores of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale between patients listening Nadayog Music without Instructions and those listening with Instruction.Timepoint: Baseline: At participant enrollment/Immediately after 1st Chemo Endpoint: after 12 weeks of intervention
