Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical features of madhumehajavruna (diabetic foot ulcer) like Katina,putigandha,utsangi,puyasrava. 2. Both gender between the age group18-60yrs 3. Type 1 and Type 2 DM. 4. Chronic ulcer secondary to diabetes of more than 30 days of duration. 5. Grade 1 and 2 ulcer acc to Wagnerâ??s Classification Of Diabetic Foot Wounds.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other uncontrolled systemic diseases 2. Patients suffering from infectious diseases like HIV &HbsAg. 3. Coagulation disorder 4. Malignancies
