Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy donors coming for voluntary blood donation, donor selection based on NACO guidelines. 2.Donors giving consent for study 3. Both first time and multiple donors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. DONORS NOT GIVING CONSENT FOR STUDY 2.DONORS WILL BE DEFERRED ACCORDING TO NACO GUIDELINES 3.NO MEALS WITHIN 4 HOURS 4.CO MORBIDITIES NOT FIT FOR DONATION

MeasureTime frame
The study aims to find out the effect of much celebrated regional drink kattankappi before regular blood donation . Study is expected to reveal whether there is any betterment of physical and emotional wellbeing of the blood donor. As it is crucial for the return of blood donor again for donation and improving the inventory management in the blood center.
