Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with in the age of 18 to 60 yrs, either sex, characterized by the silvery white scales with red lesions, pronounced edges, Auspitz sign positive cases. Disease duration 3moths to 10 yrs. HIV, VDRL Negative patients. Willing to participate in the study. Patient suffering with psoriasis less then 50% of the body surface area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age Below 18yrs and Above 60 years. Patients with other forms of psoriasis like pustular, erythrodermic, psoriatic arthropathy. Pregnant, lactating women. Un-controlled diabetes, hypertension. Hyper sensitivity to trail drug, Suffering from Chronic Diseases like Leukemia, Liver Diseases, Renal Diseases, Auto Immune Diseases, Malignancies, Immune Suppressive Diseases and Chemo Therapy. Patients on medication with cortico steroids, photo therapy anti depressants.

Relief of signs and symptoms of patients and Improvement of Objective Parameters Tests to 50% Base lineTimepoint: 8 weeks

Improve the general condition of the patient and the Psoriatic symptoms completely relievedTimepoint: Treatment period is 60 days and followup treatment for every 15 days
