Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 40 -75 years Both genders Stable Diagnosed case of COPD Able to perform spirometry Group (B-D) COPD PATIENTS Consenting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute CHF/uncontrolled DM/ Severe uncontrolled HT / CLD /CRF / significant co-morbidity limiting acute life expectancy . Pregnant and lactating mothers . Acute exacerbation
