Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: elective supratentorial surgeries ,age group 18-65 yrs,ASA I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: propofol allergy,emergency craniotomies, GCS less than 14

Measure	Time frame
Intra-operative hemodynamic stability in both groups and amount of drug required in ml/kg/hr.Timepoint: Every 5 minutes till 30 minutes from the induction ,then every 30 minutes for entire duration of surgery and then every five minutes for 30 minutes after extubation.	—
