Inclusion criteria: All CABG patients with the age between 30 - 70 years Patients who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patientâ??s with Combined procedure Patients with pre-operative Dialysis Patients with Ventricular Assist Devices Patients on ECMO Preop ICU admission

MeasureTime frame
Ability of the patients in performing incentive spirometry on 1st postoperative day; Incidence of cardiovascular system complications such as Atrial fibrillation, Arrhythmias, Requirements of Inotropes; Incidence of Gastrointestinal Complications such as nausea, vomiting; Incidence of Neurological complications such as stroke, altered in consciousness; Reintubation; Length of ITU stay; Readmission to ITU; Mortality,Timepoint: 1 to 3 days
