Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: overhead sports university-level athletes full range of motion at the shoulder complex no complaint of shoulder pain in the past 6 months working knowledge of the English language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing upper extremity injury history of rotator cuff injury in past 1 year athletes who have undergone surgery at the shoulder complex metabolic or neuromuscular diseases spinal postural pathology (past 6 months) attended whole-body vibration exercise last 3 months history of epilepsy fits
