Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Psychiatric out-patients and caregivers who had previously consulted at Psychiatry OPD 2. Age > 18 years 3. New patients who perceived the need to seek psychiatric care during the Covid-19 pandemic and sought care either during or after the lockdown period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-consent to participate 2. New patients attending the Psychiatric services. These patients did not perceive any need for psychiatric help during the lockdown or prior.
