Inclusion criteria: Person having Minimum one year joining duties as a traffic policeman Person irrespective of gender economical class religion Age between 25 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person having a known history of Cigarette smoking Bronchial asthma COPD Heart disease Mental illness
