Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the Tibetan monks of Sera Monastery who are wiiling to be part of the study whose age is between 19 and 59 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Monks who are not Tibetan and below the age of 19 and above the age of 60 are the exclusion criteria
