Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers ( >20y) Obese and overweight individuals without diabetes ( >20y) Individuals with type 2 diabetes (30-50y). Individuals with type 2 diabetes ( > 60-75y).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with any disability to swallow Unwillingness to participate in the study Any food allergy or medical condition that prevents them from eating such products
