Intervention1: Ketofol: Pediatric patients are sedated with Ketofol in either 1:3 / 1:4 / 1:5 combinations . Ketofol will be administered at the rate of 0.1ml/kg as a loading dose till Ramsay Sedati

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Paediatric patients with ages 6months-12 yrs with complex congenital heart diseases undergoing cath study /intervention with the procedure time <1 hour

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemodynamically unstable patients, patients with difficult airway, allergic to egg, patients with neuro-psychiatric disturbances are excluded from the study

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate time required to achieve Modified Aldrete Score of 9 after sedation with ketofol for cardiac catheterisation proceduresTimepoint: Modified Aldrete score will be recorded every 3 minutes during the procedure and every 15 minutes post procedure

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the time required to achieve Ramsay Sedation Score 3 and assess vitals (HR , BP, RR, SPO2) Timepoint: Will be recorded every 3 minutes during the procedure and every 15 minutes post procedure
