Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female subjects diagnosed with Tension Type headache according to ICHD-3 beta criteria and willing to participate Aged 19 - 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other types of headaches 2.More than one type of headache 3.Any neurological conditions such as stroke, parkinsonism etc. 4.Lower limb fractures 5.Any disabilities • Cardiovascular disorders • Psychiatric disorders like psychosis, major depressive disorders.
