Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years 2. Cases of Ischemic stroke with and without periventricular white matter changes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients denying the consent to participate. 2. Traumatic brain injury, vascular aneurysm, arterial malformation, etc. 3. History of Central Nervous System (CNS) infections. 4. Recurrent ischemic stroke
