Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients > 65 years with atleast education upto mid school , admitted for undergoing any noncardiacsurgery and non â?? neurological surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusing to participate. -Patients with history of Chronic kidney disease greater than stage 2 -Patients with history of chronic liver disease with ChildTurcotte- Pugh score class B or C. -Uneducated patients
