Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients fulfilling Rome IV criteria for functional IBS 2.Patient having capability and willingness to follow the protocol requirement as evidenced by written, informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who will decline informed consent or are unwilling to participate in the study 2. Diagnosed cases of unstable psychiatric or uncontrolled or life threatening systemic illness or any organ failure 3. Presence of significant alcoholism or drug abuse 4. Pregnant and lactating women 5. Patient undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease within last 4 weeks
