Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: WOMEN WITH BLEEDING > 500ml after vaginal delivery and >1000 ml following caesarean section after DELIVERY OF BABY UPTO 24 hours.
Exclusion criteria

| 1)Amount of bleeding PV,2) Every time blood loss was measured, patientâ??s heart rate, SBP, shock index (heart ate/ SBP),DBP, mean arterial pressure and pulse pressure were measured.We will note the first and worst measurements of vital sign and vital sign 24 hours after delivery.First set will be defined as those measured immediately after diagnosis of postpartum hemorrhage and worst set corresponding to the highest shock index documented anytime from delivery up to 24hours.
