Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Radiological evidence of primary OA with Grade 2 on the Kellgren -Lawrence Scale Male & female within age group of 35 years - 65 years Unilateral or bilateral involvement in case of bilateral involvement more symptomatic knee was included Pain in and around knee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any deformity of knee (fixed flexion deformity), hip, or back Any central or peripheral nervous in the past 6 months
