Health Condition 1: E118- Type 2 diabetes mellitus with unspecified complications

Interventions

Intervention1: 150 g of Herbal incroporated bread will be given along with routine diabetic medications: In this study group A - will be given aloevera bread Group B - Will be given Centella asciatica

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. New diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus b. Patients diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes mellitus and HbA1C levels between >7 and c. Known diabetic patients on diabetic medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patient having acute diabetic complication and other communicable diseases will be excluded b. Patient having hypercholesterolemia will be excluded. c. Pregnant women will be excluded. d. Uncontrolled diabetes with HbA1C >10
