Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Duration of symptoms for more than 12 weeks. Participants who are willing to give consent. VAS Patients with smart phones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with mental disorder Patient with cognitive issues Acute low back pain Tumour. Fracture. Patients with sensory impairments. Pregnancy.
