Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between 12 to 40 years of age. 2. Patients with complaints of shadows or ghost images and frequent squinting/ squeezing of eye to see. 3. Patients with decreased best corrected visual acuity. i.e less than or equal to 6/9. 4. Patients with frequent changes in spectacle cylindrical power and axis. 5. Patients with progressive myopia i.e increase in the spherical component of prescription. 6. Presence of irregular cornea, determined by distorted keratometric mires and/or scissoring reflex on retinoscopy. 7. Patients having any of the following biomicroscopic signs will be considered preferential viz. Vogtâ??s striae, Fleicherâ??s ring of 2mm or more of arc, or corneal scarring typical of keratoconus.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with previous history of corneal surgery. 2.Patients with previous history of ocular trauma and extensive corneal scarring. 3. Any significant ophthalmological disorder that might potentially effect the outcome
