Inclusion criteria: corneal topography records of normal patients keratoconus patients refractive errors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: topography records of patients post refractive surgeries post corneal transplants of corneal scars or opacity

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
we aim to develop algorithms for the automatic axial, curvature, spherical and/or refraction heatmap generation from the input eye image with placido disc projection.Timepoint: after collecting case records of sample number

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Using the pairwise data, we plan to explore several approaches to learn the mapping function, including mathematical modeling-based approach to map 2D curvature to 3D curvature, and data-based approach using deep learningTimepoint: After obtaining the heat maps from the collected topographic image records within 6 months
