Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Who are giving written informed consent to participate in the study. All cadre of health care personnel of Bhavnagar district currently working in government facility(CDHO,DQMO,RCHO, THO, MO, MPHW, ASHA). Mother who have taken ANC, delivery and PNC care from private hospital (any two) Mother of child whose child taken private child health services(including common child health problem and immunization)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In case of in charge MO, THO of two PHC/block, he/she will be not interviewed again.
