Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with evidence of ST-Elevation Acute Myocardial Infarction according to Third Universal Definition of Myocardial Infarction(MI) with age between 18 years to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without evidence of ST-Elevation Acute Myocardial Infarction. Patients with post thrombolysis, previous PCI/CABG, post-operative, Malignancy, Patients 70 Years, Not signing consent, Pregnant women are excluded.
