Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 All patients with isolated third, fourth and sixth cranial nerve palsies of less than 1 month duration. 2 Patients with neuroimaging of brain and orbit. 3 All age groups

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients coming with multiple cranial nerve palsies. 2 Duration more than 1 month. 3 Congenital palsies 4 Patients without MRI and laboratory investigations. 5 Patients having no follow up. 6 Patients having other neurological problems. 7 Patients with other causes of external ophthalmoplegia.
