Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing lower limb surgeries under CSFB and USA 2. Age 18 to 90 years 3. ASA class III and IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not giving consent.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare combined sciatic- femoral block with unilateral spinal anaesthesia in high risk patients undergoing lower limb surgeries with respect to changes in mean arterial pressure (MAP). Timepoint: baseline, 5th minute during block, 10th minute, every 5 minutes in the first 30 minutes, then every 10 minutes.

MeasureTime frame
To compare two techniques with respect to 1. Changes in heart rate 2. Changes in E.C.G. 3. Need of vasopressors 4. Requirement of IV fluids 5. Adverse eventsTimepoint: Baseline, 5th minute during block, 10th minute, every 5 minutes in the first 30 minutes, then every 10 minutes.
