Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. biopsy proven membranous nephropathy 2. serologically anti PLA2R antibody positive 3. patients eligible for treatment as per standard protocol 4. patients who are willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. presence of active sepsis 2. pregnancy 3. active malignancy 4. co-infection with HIV / Hep B / Hep C 5. prior treatment with any immunosuppressant therapy 6. presence of heart failure

Cumulative number of patients who will experience both partial and complete remissionTimepoint: 6 months
