Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing simple tooth extraction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients on anti platelet/ anticoagulant medication 2. Patients with blood pressure >150/90mm Hg 3. Patients with known bleeding disorders/ Liver disease 4. Patients requiring ostectomy/ Transalveolar extraction 5. Patients who undergo any non- bleeding intra operative complications

MeasureTime frame
Incidence of post extraction bleeding, reactionary and secondary haemorrhage, incidence of dry socket.Timepoint: 10 minutes for group A and 60 minutes for group B

post operative bleedingTimepoint: 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes and 60 minutes
