Intervention1: Secretion removal technique: Group A-Acapella and Conventional Chest Physiotherapy Treatment duration: 5 days(10-20 PEP breaths with 2-3 huffs) (3 to 4 times/day). Conventional Chest

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients without pulmonary pathology. 2. Patients with low surgical risk. 3. Elective CABG procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with heamodynamic instability. 2.Patients on mechanical ventilator more than 24 hours. 3.Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction less than 35%. 4.Severe renal function requiring dialysis. 5.Pneumothorax after surgery 6.Intraoperative or postoperative CVA. 7.Emergency CABG
