Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are in the age above 18 yrs. in invasive mechanical ventilation conscious with normal mental status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: Patients who has immobility / paralysis of upper limbs. are not willing to participate in the study. are under tracheostomy.
