Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy community dwelling older adults 2. Subjects of both genders 3. Age 60 to 75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with known neurological balance and coordination issues 2. Subjects with musculoskeletal injury or abnormality of spine or lower limb 3. Subjects with any neuropathy and chronic diabetes mellitus
