Intervention1: Mustadi Yapan and Baladi Yapan Basti: Basti awill be given in the dose of960 ml, Frequency-Once in a day for 21day Route of administration-Anal Duration of therapy 21 Days Control Inter

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 25 years to 50 years 2. Sperm count 3. Patients presenting with PratyatmakaLakshana (Cardinal Symptoms) of KshinaShukra, with semen samples suggestive of Oligozoospermia, will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 25 or above 50 years 2. Sperm count > 20 million/ml 3. Patients with azoospermia and aspermia 4. Genetic Defects like Klinefelter’s syndrome 5. Patients with disease like varicocele, assessory sex gland infection, sexually transmitted diseases, systemic diseases like Diabetes mellitus (DM) etc. will be excluded from the study.
