Inclusion criteria: Beedi workers of Udupi district who are willing to be a part of study Adult Men and Women whose age is between 18 to 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating females Children below 18 years Men and women whose age is more than 65 years.
