Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: age group ( more than or equal to 18 years) 2.Either gender. 3.Post-discharge (minimum 1 week) of any confirmed COVID-19 cases those who required hospitalization (required oxygenation, ICU monitoring or management, etc. for COVID-19).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.No access to or unavailability of minimum phone-calling facility. 2.Not willing to participate in the study.
