Intervention1: ACBT and blow bottle device: Active cycle of breathing technique (ACBT) comprises of repeated cycles of three ventilatory phases
Breathing control, Thoracic expansion exercises and Forced expiratory technique. ACBT has shown to be effective in mobilizing and clearing the excess bronchial secretions and to improve lung function

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject of either gender undergone open heart surgery Patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any neurological, musculoskeletal conditions Any other organ dysfunction Patients not willing to participate Patients having any cardiac conditions like tachycardia.
