Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both sexes Age- 18 to 65 yrs. Patients posted for surgery in prone position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pre-existing airway pathology like tumours, growth of glottic and subglottic area Previous tracheostomy and subglottic stenosis Neck radiotherapy Patients with vocal cord paralysis with clinical presentation of stridor Drug allergy to medications used during anaesthesia Past h/o Anaphylaxis to anaesthesia drugs Refusal for participation BMI > 30 Already intubated patients for Surgery Expected Surgical duration more than 6 hours ASA III & IV
