Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both the genders 2.Subjects with age ranging from 18-50 years 3.Subjects having acceptable systemic health 4.patients signing written consent form 5.Adequately treated periodontitis patients 6.Presence of teeth without clinically detectable mucogingival junction along with adjacent teeth having detectable mucogingival junction in mandibular front teeth. 7.Subjects indicated for vestibular extension with: gingival recession Malpositioned teeth Buccally erupted teeth Abnormal frenal/muscle/mucosal fold(s) Post periodontal surgery Any other relevant etiology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects having history of delayed healing 2.Patients with bone disorders and/or who are on bisphosphonates therapy 3.Highly systemically compromised patients 4.Physically or mentally handicapped subjects. 5.patients having residual pockets more than 5mm on teeth selected for vestibular extension procedure 6.Subjects with grade III mobility of teeth 7.Patients with desquamative gingivitis and mucocutaneous disorders having direct and indirect influence on periodontal tissue. 8.patients with poor oral hygiene. 9.Patients with history of periodontal surgery within last 3 months
