Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 patients scheduled for knee and below knee orthopedic surgery under sub arachnoid block

To compare the duration of analgesia in knee and below knee orthopedic surgery post operatively with 4 in 1 block in 2 groups with different concentration of dexmedetomidine Timepoint: 24 hours from time of 4 in 1 block given post operatively
