Intervention1: Superficial Cervical Plexus Block: Posterior border of sternocleidomastoid muscle as well as midpoint will be identified and superficial cervical plexus block performed with a 22 guage

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 16 to 70 years. Body mass index <=30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pts refusal to give conscent unconscious pts pta with any neck pathology pts with coagulation disorders pts with known local anaesthetic drug allergy
