Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Self Claimed Healthy Adults

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lower limb pain due to Musculoskeletal condition like any post operative, due to fracture, any contracture, deformity, inflammatory and degenerative conditions. Lower extremity weakness due to post surgery, fracture, myopathies, stroke, Parkinsonâ??s disease, spinal cord injury, neuropathy. Plan for surgery within 3 months and after any major surgery 3 months. Any other co morbid condition like cancer, diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, kidney failure, any psychological condition which have impaired cognition level. Any cardio- respiratory condition like pneumonia, sever lung disease, COPD, respiratory infections, heart diseases, congenital heart diseases, vessels diseases.
